VoyageSTL - Meet Michael Miller

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Miller.

Hi Michael, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I started working in kitchens at the age of fifteen. I’ve held every position from dishwasher, to prep cook, to line cook, and then onto roles in managment such as sous chef and executive chef. I’ve always found the most joy in the kitchen when I was allowed an outlet to express my own creativity. This desire for creative autonomy is what eventually lead to me to branch out and start my own operation. Kitchen Kulture (recently rebranded as field to fire) was created as a food service concept focusing primarily on creating chef-inspired, locally sourced and seasonal prepared and packaged meals. VoyageSTL

After eight seasons at the market, Kitchen Kulture owners Chris Meyer and Mike Miller have rebranded the line to Field to Fire.” Continue reading at feastmagazine.com
